DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

Of course! You will enjoy the free wifi to share with family and Friends all you experiences during your Holidays.

IS THERE 24H RECEPTION?

Yes, someone of our staff will be 24/7 to help you with anything you could need during your stay.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

The oficial time for the check in is after 3pm but if we have apartments available before that time we will be more that happy to offer you the apartment earlier. Unfortunately we will not know the availability until the same day. If you are arriving before 3pm please let us know in advance.

If your apartment is not ready when you get here, we have a luggage room available and you could use all the Facilities, have a refreshing drink in our bar or a dip in our swimming pool.

The official check out is at 10am but if you have booked on our website you could stay in your apartment until 12pm. There is also an option for a late check out subject to availability. Come to reception the day before your departure and we will give you more information about prices.

I HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED FOR MY STAY YET. IS EVERYTHING CONFIRMED?

Unless you have choosen a “non refundable” rate, you do not need to worry. Your card details are asked as a guarantee for your booking. The payment will be made on arrival in reception.

If you have choosen a non refundable rate and we have not charged anything from your yet, maybe there is something wrong with you details. Please send us and email erapark@erapark.com and we will check the state of your booking.

Remember that we will need a valid credit card number to guarantee your booking,and the card should be from one of the travelers.

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A CERTAIN NUMBER OF PEOPLE AND I NEED TO AMEND MY BOOKING. HOW CAN I DO IT?

If you have booked on our website, you can send us an email erapark@erapark.com and we will be more that happy to help. Please remember that adding extra people may have an extra charge. We will inform about this extra cost when you contact us since it may vary depending on the season you are traveling.

I HAVE BOOKED AN APARTMENT FOR 4 PEOPLE. HOW IS THE APARTMENT? WILL WE BE CONFORTABLE?

Our apartments “Confort” and “Superior Sea View” have a room with 2 single beds and a pull out bed in the living room with another 2 beds of 80 x 190 cm. We are sure you will have plenty of space to enjoy a few days with Friends or family. Anyway if you are not sure you can always book 2 apartments or choose our “Grand Superior Sea View apartment”.

IS THERE A PARKING?

¡Seguridad para ti y también para tu coche! Disponemos de parking privado subterráneo. Podrás reservar tu plaza al llegar a recepción bajo disponibilidad. Te informaremos también de las tarifas ya que varían según la temporada. (Desde 8€)

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our apartments.
